Information on this Ford Delivery Van

Just received this message from Fred James, if anyone could help out it would be much appreciated

Ford delivery van from a guy named Dave in December she was a bit sad when I goy her but I’ve got her up & going now. I was wondering if anyone in your club know anything about her. The guy I got her from said he brought it about 9 years ago from NSW it has an early ford v8 club sticker of NSW on the back window I’ve included some pictures
