Club Meeting Notice
Due to the National Meet being held on the June long weekend, the club meeting will be held this Wednesday 28th May
at The Grayhound Social Club.

Information on Early Ford V8 2014 National Meet
Dear Early Ford V8 2014 National Meet entrant,
Please find below, some helpful last minute information that you may find helpful for the Early Ford V8 National Meet commencing on Friday 6th June
CHECK IN & REGISTRATION
Friday 6th June between 2pm and 6pm
Dubbo Showgrounds, Corner of Fitzroy and Wingewarra Street Dubbo (map attached)
FRIDAY NIGHT FUNCTION
Will commence at 6.30pm through to 9pm, at the same place as check in. Food provided.
All other event schedule information will be provided at check in.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Don’t forget your fire extinguisher that needs to be displayed with your vehicle on Saturday. (1kg type approx $20 at Bunnings)
All vehicles need to be on display at the showgrounds from 8am Saturday
The venue is fully undercover
Don’t forget there is plenty of room if you wish to display swap meet items for sale, please see us prior if you wish to do so.
There is trailer parking space and car washing space available at the showgrounds if there is limited room at your place of accommodation
Bring your dancing shoes for the Saturday night bush dance
Bring your formal wear for the Sunday night awards dinner
Each day’s activities will commence and finish at the showgrounds
If you have purchased meals, tickets will be issued at check in
If you have children between the age of 6 and 18 attending, please make yourself known to me as we have special activities that we will need them to participate in
There will be great prizes on offer for both raffle and auction, so bring some cash with you (no EFPOS available at showground)
For the optional Zoo visit on Monday, please assemble directly at the Zoo in groups of more than 12 for discounted admission prices
Any additional activities after Breakfast on Monday have not been arranged by the Organising Committee and will need to sanctioned by your own club or individually

David Minchin 2/11/44 – 25/3/14
The Early Ford V8 Club of NSW would like to pass on their condolences to the family and friends of the late David Minchin.
David had a passion for Ford motor cars, owning a 51 Custom Twin Spinner and a 55 Fairlane Sunliner Convertible.
He will deeply missed by all.
